1. Conclusion of the contract

1.1 Booking

By booking, the customer offers a binding conclusion of the contract. Reservations can be made in writing via email. Upon acceptance of reservation by the owner, the customer receives confirmation via email. The customer agrees to immediately check if the information in the received booking confirmation is correct and to notify the travel agent of any errors. Discrepancies must be communicated immediately. Late notification of discrepancies or inaccuracies do not entitle the customer the right to revoke the contract.

1.2 Occupancy

The reservation is valid only for the number of people specified in the booking confirmation. Should the number of people staying in the rented property exceed the number specified in the booking, a corresponding additional payment will be charged. It should be noted that, for the rental property in question, the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of guests permitted and that the accommodation may only be used for celebrations after prior agreement with the landlord.

2 Payment

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation a deposit of 20% is due, the balance must be paid in advance 3 weeks before arrival date. If the period is 3 weeks or less in the contract, the total amount is due immediately.

2.1 Method of payment

Please note that no any applicable bank fees are covered by the landlord. If the payments are not made according to the time periods specified in the booking confirmation, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to charge a fee according to the cancellation policy.

3 Obligation to cooperate

The tenant is asked to report to the landlord defects to home or facility immediately upon detection or within 24 hours, so that they can be promptly taken care of. Subsequent complaints will not be considered. The tenant is obliged to treat house and furnishings carefully and to report to the landlord/ manager any damage caused to the property on site and to bear the cost of repair or replacement.

4 Cancellation

In the case of a cancellation of less than 21 days prior to departure, the following cancellation fees apply: 20% of the total price. The cancellation must be made in writing. What is crucial is the date of receipt.

5 Privacy Policy

Personal data which is provided to handle the travel contract available is protected in accordance with the data protection laws against misuse.

6 Place of Fulfilment and Court of Jurisdiction

Claims for compensation must be sent to the respective contractors. Fulfilment and jurisdiction are in Tenerife, Canary Islands, in accordance with the EU regulations.
